CANCEL & REFUND
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will see what can we do for you.
- As our products are all hand-made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations if your order is already being made!
- Custom items cannot be cancelled or refunded.
RETURNS
We are sad to know that you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it...
- We only accept return of faulty products, or on very rare occasions that our furry staff packed the wrong styles; Items may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or a replacement.
- All our products are made to order, so please understand we are not able exchange if the size you ordered is incorrect. Just contact us if you are not sure what size to pick!
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and have the item shipped back to us within 14 days for a full refund.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
- On rare occasions, packages may be held by customs which then requires a customs fee. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply.
LOST & STOLEN ITEMS
- In unfortunate cases that your order is lost or stolen, we are happy to refund HALF of the cost you paid for the lost items, postage not included.
- We do not take responsibility in lost, stolen or unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient address details
